For myself and my clients, I like to ensure they have a minimum target to hit.
Yep, a minimum.
Everyone is obsessed with their max as it makes good IG pics, but the mins get no love.
Don’t get me wrong, there is a time and a place to hit an all-time 1 RM. It is super fun!
Except you can’t do that all the time, and you especially cannot do it much when your stress is super high.
