Every program that I write includes warm up, mobility work, soft tissue work (if needed), exercises with set reps, and cool down (if needed). Each program is custom to YOUR needs and I never use cookie cutter programs. Before I write up any program I conduct a full injury history, background, and then do a gait (walking) assessment to understand your particular biomechanics.

I then provide exercises to help fix them and get you on the correct path. This is the fastest way to getting the results you want while staying injury free.

I only take a few clients at a time in order to keep the quality very high and I reserve the right to NOT take you on as a client if I don't think you are ready. I only work with highly motivated people, but if you are one of them I guarantee the results!

Each of these areas needs to be addressed and tuned for maximum performance. If you want a poor performing car you would pick a small engine, add lots of dead weight, have the tires point at each other instead of straight ahead and put sugar in the gas tank!! You can see how having just one of the items off will drastically affect overall performance.

Do you want to drive a Yugo or a Ferrari? I will take the Ferrari please. It is expensive, but you only have 1 body.
